Bund futures revision – pushing towards 80 day cycle peak then hard reset.
The last note was written on 28 November, where we were looking for an imminent decline into an 80 day cycle circa 131.4 towards the end of December. Instead price continued to push higher. What we are looking for now is an 80 day cycle peak around mid month and then reset lower into the 80 day cycle trough. At present we are looking for the 130 handle around Christmas time.
