REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the software, training course or service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may qualify for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
All refunds or exchanges must be requested by email within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Please email customer service at support@sentienttrader.com. Full details for the request must be provided, including reason for the request and order reference number. In the event of software errors a support ticket must have been lodged and declared not resolved.
After receiving your refund request, we will confirm that it qualifies for a refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your request to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Training courses with downloadable content
● Software for which a trial is available
