Uranium ETF – falling into a 40 day cycle trough, with broader 20 week cycle downswing.
The early October low was likely an 80 day cycle trough. This cycle should be rising, but price action has been choppy and hesitant and is only up 4% since the trough. A shallow up-trending 40 day VTL sits at around 25 where the 40 day cycle trough is due in time. We expect a drift down into the trough but with the falling 20 week cycle still acting as a headwind we are not expecting a very bullish recovery. The 20 week cycle trough is not due until the first half of December and the cycle looks to have peaked in September, which was early and therefore bearish.
