US Dollar – heading towards next 40 day cycle peak with longer uptrend tailwind.
A shallow 20 day cycle trough has now posted and price is heading up towards the next 40 day cycle peak with a new 20 week cycle acting as a tailwind. The 40 day VTL has been decisively crossed up which confirms that the 28 December low is at least an 80 day cycle trough. However, the preferred view is that it is the 20 week cycle that has bottomed. Regime change in the US Dollar is effectively being called here which has ramifications for the entire rates and FX matrix.
