Silver – 40 day cycle trough came in as forecast, now looking for 20 day cycle peak.

In the last note on 30 August the analysis was that the 40 day cycle had peaked and we were looking for a 40 day cycle trough “mid to later September” from roughly 23.5 to 24 (blue target box in chart below). PREVIOUS ANALYSIS 18/8/2023 BELOW

Updated analysis 18 September:  the 40 day cycle trough came as anticipated on 14 September, but overshot our original downside target (the actual low on the day was 22.56).  This implies some latent bearishness, however with that said we have already crossed up through the 20 day FLD which projects to 24.  This level also happens to be the rough intersect of a down-sloping 40 day VTL and an up-sloping 20 week VTL and feels like a legitimate tactical liquidity magnet.  We will update as price enters this confluence of potential resistance.
